Our Company

Paramedic Aid Co. Ltd (PACL) is a privately owned Ghanaian company that has been at the forefront of emergency medical services and safety training in Ghana since its establishment in 1995. For over three decades, we have been dedicated to reducing morbidity and mortality through practical education and quality medical solutions.

We are accredited to provide first aid training and supply a comprehensive range of first aid kits, safety equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) to organisations, institutions, and individuals across Ghana.

Our team of qualified paramedics, nurses, and safety trainers bring real-world experience to every training session, ensuring participants gain practical, life-saving skills they can confidently apply in any emergency.

Celebrating 30 Years of Service

Marking three decades of life-saving work across Ghana, PACL refreshed its training curriculum to align with the latest international first aid standards and expanded its regional field operations.

COVID-19 Frontline Response

Pivoted operations to meet pandemic demands — supplying bulk PPE to hospitals, factories, and essential service providers, and delivering infection control training to thousands of frontline workers nationwide.

Digital Training Platform Launched

Introduced an online scheduling and certification portal, enabling corporate clients to manage employee first aid training remotely — a first of its kind for occupational safety training in Ghana.

AED & Advanced Equipment Division

Expanded our product range to include Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), advanced trauma kits, and cardiac care equipment, meeting growing demand from corporate clients, hotels, and healthcare facilities.

Major Corporate Partnerships

Secured long-term contracts with leading mining companies, port authorities, and utility providers across Ghana, becoming the trusted workplace safety partner for some of the country's largest employers.

Event Medical Standby Services

Launched dedicated on-site event medical coverage, providing trained paramedic teams and emergency equipment at concerts, sporting events, trade fairs, and large public gatherings across Ghana.

National Accreditation Achieved

Received formal accreditation from the Ghana Health Service and aligned all training programmes with Red Cross and international first aid standards — cementing PACL's credibility with government and multinational clients.

2000

Expanded Training Portfolio

Launched a comprehensive suite of first aid courses — including advanced life support, paediatric first aid, and workplace health & safety — serving the rapidly growing mining, oil & gas, and construction sectors.

First Government Contract

Awarded PACL's first major government contract to supply first aid equipment and deliver safety training to public sector institutions, including port authorities and municipal emergency response units.
